Charles Ollivier  has spent 11 years developing and implementing a paint-by-numbers system for organisations to deal with disasters and emergencies. The CIMSERT system draws on his many years in the NZ Fire Service and the last 12 years in the private sector training clients in emergency response and management.

Charles works directly with clients to transform their existing standard “what to do” emergency manual into a “what to do, when to do it and how to do it” CIMSERT system. This process has given him an appreciation of the greater peace of mind senior management have as their reliance on a few key staff is transferred to all staff. Charles is very proud that his work with CIMSERT has helped client’s win awards and achieve excellence in their audit requirements.
