CIMSERT is a manual task allocation system that has been specifically designed to be portable and to operate effectively without the need for electricity. 

 

CIMSERT is a set of pre-prioritised tasks cards (the “what and when”) matched to a set of task instructions (the “how”). Task cards are contained in a roll-up pocket system, allowing the tasks to be tracked from allocation to completion. Task instructions are issued to personnel so they can carry out the task.

 

The task instructions provide information on the task, any equipment required and safety procedures.
